HOUSTON — When it is ultimately passed, the $2 trillion deal struck in the Senate will be the largest stimulus package in U.S. history.
A lot of Americans will be getting checks; $250 billion will go out to individuals and families.
How much people get will be based on 2018 or 2019 tax returns.
